Hansgrohe South Africa is one of the few distributors in the South African marketplace with a full-time back-up service department with teams located in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, George and Port Elizabeth. All of our Hansgrohe South Africa personnel are fully trained by us internally and are exceptionally committed to after-sales service excellence and client satisfaction.
Calls are logged at a Hansgrohe South Africa office and within 24 hours a service technician attends to the call on site. All service calls are booked by the retailer of the Hansgrohe product or the plumber who installed it. The service team has a full stock of spares, and is also able to give advice to plumbers when installing a Hansgrohe product.
At Hansgrohe, quality is a way of life and all Hansgrohe products have a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. Repairs and exchanges are free of charge and the service call is at no extra cost to the client.

- Installation or start of installation by purchaser or unqualified plumber
- Natural longevity wear and tear
- Improper or careless treatment of the Hansgrohe product
- Lack of maintenance
