Liability for Compensation as of 1 June 2012
Regardless of the legal basis, the following applies to the liability of Hansgrohe:
Your use of the Website and/or the Website Content is entirely at your own risk:
- subject to the provisions of the ECT Act and to the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not have any liability whatsoever in relation to the Website and/or the Website Content. You hereby indemnify us against any Loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Website and/or the Website Content; and
- in addition, you agree that we will not be liable for any unavailability, interruption, downtime, malfunction, or failure of the Website and/or the Website Content for any reason whatsoever.
